Whether you're an athlete looking for enhanced performance and injury prevention, or simply want to feel more control and strength within your body, this supplementary class will give you the foundational tools to help you MOVE better, FEEL better and PERFORM better. 

This class is offered as a hybrid with in-person and online options. Recordings are also available for those who are unable to make regular class times.

Calisthenics

Bodyweight strengthening

Our calisthenics classes incorporate bodyweight exercises that build strength and muscle endurance using minimal equipment. We focus on technique as well as conditioning for movements like pull-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups, handstands, levers, etc.

The workouts are scaled according to individual ability and focus on proper form to ensure a safe and effective workout. They are suitable for all fitness levels, however a previous history of some form of exercise is recommended.
