Rates
Monthly and once-off options
We offer 30-60 minute sessions, based on your personal needs. Sessions are generally billed monthly upfront, unless arranged otherwise.
Session rates vary depending on duration and weekly commitment (i.e. number of sessions per week).




Meet Your Trainers
Dominique DOliveira
Dominique has over 18 years of experience working in the fitness industry as well as over 30 years competing as an elite athlete in a variety of sports such as, gymnastics, triathlon, parkour and obstacle course racing.
Her methodology in working with her clients draws from her experience as an elite athlete and closely parallels the formula she uses to coach herself. She believes that a well-balanced, holistic approach that combines appropriate goal-oriented physical training with effective recovery, nutrition and mindfulness protocols is the best formula for peak performance (in any area of sport or life).
