TrainingPeaks is a digital platform designed for athletes and coaches to plan, track, and analyse training and performance. It assists our coaches in creating personalised training plans, setting goals, and monitoring progress using data from wearable devices like heart rate monitors, GPS watches, and power meters. [Please note that a recognised training device is required to make use of this service].

Although this platform is widely used by endurance athletes such as runners & cyclists, we also use it with some of our PT clients as an accountability tool to optimize training and achieve peak performance.
