Cold water immersion (CWI) is a recovery technique that involves submerging the body in cold water, typically between 2°C to 15°C), for a specific duration. It is commonly used to reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and fatigue following intense physical activity, and is more recently also associated with mental benefits, such as increased focus and stress reduction.

These are small group or private workshops, more specifically for first-timers but is available to anyone. We run them at various times of the year or upon request. 

We cover a basic form of parasympathetic breathwork and mental preparation prior to immersion to enhance the experience.
